Lorsque Philippe Janssens et Paul De Wael ont fond\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 Anvers en 1996, l&rsquo;accent \u00e9tait mis sur la r\u00e9daction d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes immobili\u00e8res et le partage des connaissances. Un an plus t\u00f4t, Philippe Janssens avait cofond\u00e9 le Postgraduate in Real Estate Studies \u00e0 la KU Leuven. L&rsquo;enseignement et le transfert de connaissances ont donc fait partie int\u00e9grante de la fa\u00e7on dont Stadim envisageait sa profession d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.   <\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi, Stadim a connu une croissance organique. Les \u00e9valuations, qui constituaient \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine un compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de recherche et de conseil, ont progressivement pris une place de plus en plus importante. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe s&rsquo;est agrandie, la connaissance du secteur s&rsquo;est approfondie et Stadim est progressivement devenu un nom familier dans le monde de l&rsquo;immobilier belge. Cette croissance s&rsquo;est consid\u00e9rablement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en 2012, lorsque les associ\u00e9es C\u00e9line Janssens et Katrien Van Grieken ont rejoint l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Sous leur impulsion, l&rsquo;ampleur et le volume de la pratique d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation ont fait un grand bond en avant.    <\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, le partage des connaissances est rest\u00e9 un pilier. Stadim a enseign\u00e9 au niveau du troisi\u00e8me cycle de la KU Leuven, ainsi que dans des \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieures et des universit\u00e9s telles que AP, Thomas More, EHSAL et Odisee. Ce qui deviendra plus tard l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie Stadim a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place d\u00e8s le premier jour.  <\/p>\n<p>En 2018, l&rsquo;associ\u00e9 Nicolas Janssens a rejoint l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Il s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9 sur la poursuite de la professionnalisation de la structure interne et a fait les premiers pas vers un pilier de donn\u00e9es propre, aboutissant \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de StadimData en 2021. Avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs en donn\u00e9es, d&rsquo;architectes et de d\u00e9veloppeurs de logiciels, Stadim est devenu plus qu&rsquo;un simple bureau de conseil. L&rsquo;associ\u00e9 Frederik Boumans a commenc\u00e9 en 2019 et a travaill\u00e9 d\u00e8s sa prise de fonction \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des services et \u00e0 l&rsquo;extension de notre environnement de donn\u00e9es et d&rsquo;applications. En 2021, Stadim a ouvert son deuxi\u00e8me bureau, \u00e0 Bruxelles, chez Tour &amp; Taxis.    <\/p>\n<p>En 2023, l&rsquo;associ\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 Stolk a rejoint l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe des partenaires. Il a apport\u00e9 avec lui une vision strat\u00e9gique et a orient\u00e9 l&rsquo;expansion des services de conseil en d\u00e9veloppement durable et de la suite Valory dans la bonne direction. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous continuons \u00e0 construire quatre \u00e9quipes compl\u00e9mentaires : Valory, Strategic Consulting, Sustainability Consulting et Data &amp; Apps, chacune avec sa propre expertise mais \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es dans la collaboration quotidienne.  <\/p>\n<p>Plus de 70 professionnels, deux bureaux, une technologie propri\u00e9taire et un ancrage acad\u00e9mique qui n&rsquo;est jamais d\u00e9connect\u00e9 de la pratique.
