Stadim & Diggit StudentLife launch the Kotkompas 2021. The report gives an update of the Belgian student housing market and covers among others the evolution of the number of students, the Top 10 student cities, etc.
The report is supplemented with insights from our survey of 1500 students and interviews with Leuven's councilor for spatial planning Carl Devlies and director of the Flemish Student Association Julien De Wit.
