What will you do?

During your internship, you will be part of the valuation team and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry. What to expect. A mix of analytical work, site visits and teamwork:

You prepare valuation files
You measure plans on
You will conduct site visits of residential, office or retail properties
You will make reports of your field findings.
You prepare, proofread and finalize reports
You prepare valuations and calculations
You perform updates to existing valuations

What do we expect from you?

You are in the final year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, or real estate, etc.)
You are highly motivated and a reliable team player with a sense of initiative.
You communicate and write fluently in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English.
You work fluently with Microsoft Excel.
You think analytically and work accurately.
You have good oral and written communication skills.
You dare to ask questions and enjoy learning.

Antwerp – Our modern office is located at Mechelsesteenweg 180, in the heart of the city, with an open workspace and a wide view.
