Your role as Valuer Advisor Assistant

As Valuer Advisor Assistant, you will support our Valuer Advisors in the valuation of real estate. You are responsible for the preparation, analysis and reporting within the valuation process.
You are part of a team working around one type of real estate (logistics, offices, retail, residential, leisure, healthcare, …) and you work closely with the other members of this Business Unit.

Your responsibilities:

  • File management & preparatory administration
    You will support the team in file distribution and further start-up of files. For this, you prepare documents such as appraisal reports and valuation files.
  • Processing Sales Requests
    Quotation requests reach you by phone or mail and are processed by you. You learn to make price calculations, and answer the requests with quotations, which you actively follow up. You will also request additional information from clients where necessary and ensure that all documents are sent correctly and on time. For larger files, you will help prepare pitches, large quotations and framework agreements
  • Ad-hoc Support & Portfolio Updates
    You will be the point of contact for a variety of ad-hoc tasks, such as updating client portfolios or processing data. Creating and structuring files in our computer systems is also part of your responsibilities. You provide broad administrative support, also for internal projects such as studies and app development. You support valuer advisors by conducting site visits.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in administration, real estate/an equivalent field or have accumulated equivalent knowledge/experience through projects and work experience.
  • You work accurately, independently, efficiently and with an eye for detail
  • You are proactive and enjoy planning and structuring
  • You communicate and write fluently in Dutch and English as you have regular contact with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are familiar with MS Office and quickly learn new tools.
  • You dare to ask questions and enjoy learning.

Well served by public transportation: streetcar stops Gounod and Harmonie are nearby, Antwerp-Berchem Station is a half-hour walk away, and there is a Velo station right outside the door.
