Your role

As Valuer-Advisor, you value assets and work on one or a few of the property types (logistics, offices, retail, residential, leisure, healthcare, etc.). You formulate strategic advice on potential real estate projects.
You guide our clients in the valuation of their current, potential and future real estate portfolio, taking into account economic parameters and objective references. You examine the strategic and economic impact of new developments and trends, such as ESG.
You will be in contact with a diverse client portfolio and act as an ambassador for Stadim. Our clients are national and international investors, public and private companies, banks and insurers. As part of portfolio analyses, you conduct regular site visits.

Your profile

You have a passion for valuations and strategic analysis, and you are fascinated by real estate.
You can analyze data and information to formulate insights and support decisions.
You speak and understand perfectly Dutch and/or French, and have a fluent knowledge of English as you have regular contact with customers and colleagues.
You can read and write professionally in Dutch and/or French, and can also use English fluently in written documents as you draft reports, valuations and analyses.
You have a master’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, engineering or real estate or you have accumulated equivalent knowledge/experience through projects and work experience.
You enjoy working independently within a team-oriented environment.
You act accurately, ethically and professionally.
You are highly organized, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders and enjoy sharing knowledge.
You take initiative, anticipate challenges and think forward.
You are critical, innovation-driven and creative in solving problems.
You feel at home in an agile way of working and have an affinity for data.

Antwerp – Our modern office is located at Mechelsesteenweg 180, in the heart of the city, with an open workspace and a wide view. Easily accessible by public transportation: streetcar stops Gounod and Harmonie are nearby, there is a Velo station in front of the door, and Antwerp-Berchem Station is a half-hour walk away.
Brussels – At the Tour & Taxis site in Brussels, we work from a modern office that perfectly connects us to the rapidly evolving Brussels real estate market. The location gives us room to grow, expand our team and explore new opportunities in Brussels and Wallonia. Brussels North Station is just a 15-minute walk away.
