Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales colleagues by preparing reports, drafting contracts and quotations, and ensuring the accuracy of our commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and materials for meetings.
• Draft contracts based on feedback from sales colleagues.
• Create customized quotations in PowerPoint following team instructions.
• Generate standard quotations using Stadim’s quotation system.
• Maintain and update sales document templates, improving layouts where needed.
• Complete data entry and maintain accuracy in Stadim’s CRM system.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Native-level Dutch speaker; fluency in French and English is a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly punctual.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to work discreetly and handle confidential information professionally.
